MBUSA Fleet Incentive Enhancement

Program forms are being updated to reflect this enhancement.
If a customer’s form is not current, the updated incentive may be written in by the selling dealer. 
MSS will reimburse your dealership the enhanced fleet incentive after the fleet DDR is submitted. 
These incentives may not be applied retroactively to cars already DDR’d.

Prior to finalizing the transaction, please verify program compatibility by referencing the monthly Compatibility Matrix, AND check the validity of the Control Number in NetStar using the ‘Control Number Inquiry Screen’.
Fleet Programs are not eligible for use with Brokers. Broker involvement will result in audit failure and chargeback.

MBUSA Star Access Program


Mercedes-Benz Dealer Employee One Plus (DE1+) Program

The Dealership Employee One Plus (DE1+) Vehicle Program provides you, the dealership employee, an opportunity to purchase or lease up to two (2) vehicles per sales year at a very special price. These exciting offers are possible by combining the current incentives below and a suggested dealer contribution, which are valid until the end of each offer period.
*Any dealership employee is eligible for DE1+ provided that the dealership management elects to participate. This program is for eligible employees only, not for family and friends.
Participation in the Dealership Employee One Plus (DE1+) is highly encouraged to provide a valuable dealership employee benefit but is ultimately at the discretion of the dealership.
If there is no incentive available for the DE1+ Sales Program, the Dealership cannot retail the vehicle using the sales program in order to get the reduced acquisition fee.

Eligibility
To be eligible, the dealership employee must be on the Dealer Personnel Maintenance database, and have completed SOE required courses and Take Ten. The website will verify employee eligibility. Dealers should contact their Sales Operations Manager if there are enrollment issues.
Eligible dealership employee is entitled to two control numbers per calendar (sales) year for use toward the purchase or lease of a new vehicle in the DE1+ program. Control numbers requested for DE1+ are solely for the dealership employee.

Process
To obtain a DE1+ control number, go to the “Get a Control Number” tab on the MENU drop down. Enter MB ID, email address, VIN or PO# (not a required field), purchaser/lessee name and relationship to dealership employee. An email will systemically generate the DE1+ Claim Form which contains the control number.
Once the information above is submitted, a DE1+ control number will be returned on a Claim Form.
Dealership reports sale through NetStar DDR by selecting Sales Program “Dealer Employee Sale.” For DE1+, CAN number 021415 must be used with the 10-digit DE1+ Control number to receive the appropriate incentive.
Dealer must retain the completed DE1+ Claim Form in the sales file, along with a copy of the DDR showing entry of the control number and documentation showing the discounted price.
The Mercedes-Benz dealer performance bonus will be paid on these units quarterly.

MBUSA reserves the right to offer the DE1+ Program to non-qualifying individuals that it determines in its sole business discretion should participate in the DE1+ Program and such individuals will abide by all other terms and conditions set forth herein.
All questions or disputes relating to the eligibility of employees, vehicles, payments or other elements of this program shall be disposed of at the sole discretion of Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC, whose decision in such matters shall be final.
Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC, may, at any time, upon written notice to dealers, cancel, amend or modify these programs.

Reignite Bonus Program
Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and Mercedes-Benz USA are pleased to announce a Reignite Bonus. To be eligible for the Reignite Bonus, customers must have had a prior MBFS lease agreement or retail installment sales contract financed by MBFS on a Mercedes-Benz vehicle and must have exercised their lease purchase option or paid off their retail contract, as applicable, between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2022.
• Eligible customers that enter into a new lease agreement or retail installment sales contract through MBFS for a select new 2024 Mercedes-Benz ICE model or EQ model, dated April 2, 2024 through July 1, 2024 will receive a Reignite Bonus towards their new lease or new retail purchase, with the Reignite Bonus Amount varying depending on the model vehicle leased or financed, as indicated in the chart below.

Reignite Bonus Program Guidelines:

• To be eligible for the Reignite Bonus, customers must have had a prior MBFS lease or retail installment contract, and exercised their lease purchase option or paid off their retail contract on that vehicle, as applicable, between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2022.
• Business accounts are not eligible for this program.
• New finance/lease documentation must reflect the same customer name and/or address as the old lease agreement. Offer is not transferrable. Contracts written in the dealership name will not be eligible.
• Reignite Bonus must be disclosed on the new contract.
o For new Standard Leases, the Reignite Bonus must be disclosed in section 5b, either in the Rebates and Noncash Credits line or in a blank line as “MB Credits”, and applied as a Capital Cost Reduction and/or against other Amounts Due at Lease Signing or Delivery. Multiple MB bonus programs being applied may be combined on either line, if applicable. For Single Pay Leases, the bonus may be applied to Amounts Due at Lease Signing, but not as a Capitalized Cost Reduction.

Program Eligibility:
• All Credit Tiers, based on MBFS approval.
• Customers are not pre-approved and are subject to MBFS credit approval.
• MBFS lease agreements and MBFS retail installment sales contracts must be dated and credit applications must be submitted between April 2, 2024 and July 1, 2024 and received by MBFS for booking no later than July 8, 2024.
• This program may be used in conjunction with Mercedes Incentive Bonus (MIB), Loyalty Accelerator Program (LAP), Affinity Program, Preferred Employer Program (PEP), Single Pay Lease, GAP Certificates, Lease Bonus Cash, Special Lease Rates and Special Retail Rates effective between April 2, 2024 and July 1, 2024.
• Ex-CVPs are only eligible for this program if utilizing New Car rate programs. CPO and Pre-Owned rate programs are not compatible with this Reignite Bonus program.
• This program is not combinable with any of the following programs: Star Loyalty Bonus Program for Maturing Active Lease and Lease Extension Accounts, EDD, Small Fleet Program, Corporate Sales Incentive Program (CSIP), DE1/DE1+, MBDEAL, Employee Purchase, Non-Compliant vehicle sales (NC), Conquest Programs, Multiple Security Deposit Program and any CPO Program.
• Reignite Bonus may be subject to future audit and chargeback if program eligibility requirements are not met.

Star Loyalty Bonus Program for Select Active MBFS Maturing Lease and Lease Extension Accounts

In an effort to support our loyal MBFS customers, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and Mercedes-Benz USA are pleased to announce a Star Loyalty Bonus program on eligible maturing lease and lease extension accounts that enter into a new lease agreement or retail installment sales contract through Mercedes-Benz Financial Services for a select new 2024 Mercedes-Benz ICE model or EQ model. The Star Loyalty Bonus Amount toward their new lease or new retail purchase will vary depending on the model vehicle leased or financed, as indicated in the chart below.

Loyalty Bonus Program Guidelines:
Maturing Vehicles: Active MBFS Maturing Lease and Lease Extension Accounts
Maturity Date. Between April 2, 2024 and September 30, 2024
New Contract Type: MBFS Lease Agreement or Retail Installment Sales Contract financed by MBFS
