Effective Date
Effective May 1, 2024 through June 3, 2024. Lease/Retail agreements must be dated no later than June 3, 2024 and must be processed by TFS by July 3, 2024.
Maturity Range 
Eligible targeted lease maturities (see below) with an original or revised contract maturity date between April 2, 2024 and September 30, 2024 will receive a Q2 2024 Toyota Lease Loyalty certificate (with a unique customer offer ID/certificate number) via direct mail or email (depending on customer privacy selection).
Eligible maturities: Camry (G/HV), Corolla (G/HB/HV), Rav4 (G/HV excluding Prime), Highlander 
(G/HV), Tacoma, C-HR, Avalon (G/HV) maturities

1. Qualifying lessees will receive a unique Toyota Lease Loyalty Certificate offer (lessees that filed bankruptcy over the course of their existing lease are excluded from this program). Lessee remains obligated to pay all remaining monthly payments and any outstanding fees and charges according to the terms and conditions of their current TFS contract.
2. To redeem the offer, customers must:
A. Obtain credit approval to lease or finance a NEW Toyota vehicle from dealer ground stock inventory and TFS during the program period
B. Customer(s) from the original lease agreement must complete one of the following:
a. Submit their unique Q3 Toyota Lease Loyalty Certificate to the dealership, or
b. Provide the unique offer ID/certificate number to the dealership, or
c. Have the dealership confirm their eligibility & print the certificate from Signal, CLS, CSC or designated TFS DSC C. Sign and complete the iPlus Incentive Acknowledgment Form
D. At least one customer from the original lease agreement OR customer from the same household must enter into a lease or retail agreement for a new Toyota vehicle assigned to TFS.
3. Customers may:
A. Return their current, open maturing lease vehicle within 30 days of their maturity date (Customer’s account must be paid in full to take advantage of the rebate offer).
B. Keep their maturing lease until their scheduled lease maturity date (No stipulation on customer buying out their existing lease).
? Note: Customer is not required to turn-in their lease vehicle to take advantage of the rebate offer. However, customer must satisfy existing lease agreement obligations.
C. Transfer rebate within the same household. Limit one (1) certificate per lease or finance transaction.

**New and unlicensed, non-J carried in dealership ground stock inventory that are sold and reported (RDR’d) to the ultimate consumer during the program period and registered with the appropriate state motor vehicle department. Dealer Participation
Dealer participation eligibility is driven by program rate type (standard or subvened and retail or lease). Please refer to the applicable rate letter for full participation eligibility details. Compatibility
The Toyota Lease Loyalty Rebate is redeemable on either Standard or Special (subvened) TFS Lease or Retail contracts and is stackable with other TMNA incentive offers except for the 2023 Q3 Toyota Lease Loyalty Program and/or VSPP offers.
New: Rebate Reimbursement • TMNA (HQ) will reimburse the dealer for the Lease Loyalty Rebate once the following is completed. 1. Customer’s complete unique offer ID/certificate number is input into RouteOne/eContracting (see IMPORTANT RouteOne Instructions above) 2. Properly disclose the rebate on the Lease/Retail Agreement. The Toyota Loyalty Rebate must be applied towards either Amount Due at Lease Signing or Capitalized Cost Reduction on a TFS lease agreement, or towards the down-payment on a TFS retail contract. 3. Dealer submits the Incentive Application (IA) and RDR via Dealer Daily 4. An eligible contract is booked by TFS 5. The retail date on the RDR and Contract date must be within the incentive period • Reimbursements will be done through the iPlus system – via ACH or check (depending on what the dealer is signed up for). • Payments will be processed weekly and available to reconcile via Incentive Status Portal (ISP) on Dealer Daily.

• Eligible School/Degree Programs: An “eligible school” is an accredited school in the 50 United States, U.S. Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico. An “eligible degree” is defined as one of the following from/with an eligible school:
o A four year undergraduate degree from a college, university or a registered nursing program; or
o A two year associate or undergraduate degree from a community college, junior college or technical college or university; or
o A graduate degree or current enrollment in a graduate school degree program.
*Two Calendar Year example: Customer graduates in May 2023, he/she has until December 31, 2025 to qualify for the Toyota College Graduate Rebate Program.
• Eligible Degree Status:
o Current enrollment in a graduate school degree program from an eligible school; or
o Have already obtained a eligible degree from an eligible school within two calendar years prior to signing your lease or finance contract through your dealer and Toyota Financial Services (TFS).*
o You will obtain an eligible degree from an eligible school within six months after signing your lease or finance contract through your dealer and TFS.
Updated Process: Eligibility verification requirements: • The customer MUST create an ID.me account and complete the verification process themselves. • DO NOT use the dealer/dealer associate email address to “help” the customer create the account. ID.me will detect these accounts and they will be suspended and flagged as “potentially fraudulent”. This may also cause the customer to not be able to verify their identity through ID.me. • If the customer fails verification, creating another account WILL NOT solve the issue and will only further complicate the process. The car buyer should contact ID.me Member Support for assistance. • ID.me is unable to discuss customer account information with the dealer. • ID.me Support Team is available to the customer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is best equipped to handle issues involving ID.me registration and verification. To qualify for financing customer must also: 1. At contract signing, furnish verifiable proof of present employment or proof of future employment, which will begin within 120 days of credit approval, with a salary sufficient to cover ordinary living expenses and vehicle payments; and 2. Be approved for credit, and finance “the Vehicle” through a participating Dealer and Toyota Financial Services (TFS). During the last 24 months, all obligations on your credit report must have been paid within 60 days of the due date, and your credit report must not show more than $1,000 in total charge-offs. 3. To receive the College Graduate Rebate benefits, the signer or co-signer must meet all the College Graduate qualifications.
