Effective October 1, 2019, a new enhancement has been added to the Smart VINCENT Integrated Sales Process allowing dealers to enroll directly from Smart VINCENT. When the prior VIN is matched to the new vehicle sale customer name and/or address, the claim is approved automatically. If during the lock or verification process you receive error code “prior vehicle ownership proof is required for validation,” dealership must submit documentation to Program Headquarters.
 - Customers that currently own or lease a 1995 or newer GM vehicle will receive Conquest Cash towards the purchase or lease of an eligible new vehicle.

Limit of one renewal incentive per termination. A customer must terminate their current lease in order to qualify for the incentive. Customers are not required to terminate their new RCL Lease at original dealership.
- A customer who terminates their Independent lease is NOT eligible for the Renewal Incentive. 
- Rule of '10' applies.
- This offer can be "Transferable within household (same address), from Business to Business Owner and from Business Owner to Business."
