PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program offers eligible consumers a cash allowance certificate to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1 or B) of an eligible FCA US vehicle.
The certificate will be delivered electronically to eligible members of the Employee Benefits Network – a network which provides benefits to employees of participating corporations in the US. Only one certificate will be allowed per each eligible vehicle. The customer may redeem this certificate at any authorized FCA US Dealership.
Eligible vehicles must be delivered during the program period.
Fleet Commercial Non-VIP and VIP customers are eligible to receive the retail consumer and dealer cash incentives if the purchased or leased vehicle is from a dealer’s retail ordered stock. These must be reported as Type of Sale B or E and Fleet incentives cannot be claimed

PARTICIPATING DEALERS:
All franchised FCA US LLC dealers who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules are eligible to participate.

CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY:
The certificate must be presented to a franchised FCA US LLC dealer in the United States at the time of retail purchase of an eligible vehicle.
Only one certificate can be applied to the retail purchase of an eligible vehicle. Eligible households are only allowed up to two certificates per calendar year towards the retail purchase of an eligible vehicle.
Lost certificates will be honored.
The vehicle sale must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household.
The eligible retail purchase must assign the cash allowance to the selling dealer. The retail purchaser’s order must show the cash allowance as having been applied to the vehicle’s purchase price as a separate line item

DEALER RESPONSIBILITY:
The Employee Benefits Network TDM must be retained by the selling dealer in the deal jacket for verification of this program.
The Target Direct Mail (TDM) Inquiry application on DealerCONNECT will be available for certificate verification.
If the certificate has been lost or destroyed, the dealer should verify customer eligibility on TDM Inquiry on DealerCONNECT. If necessary, the dealer may call the Chrysler Incentives Assistance Center (1-800-227-0757) to confirm the certificate number is eligible. The dealer may also contact the TrueCar Call Center at 1-888-878-3227 for a replacement certificate/offer code.
The certificate is not transferable to anyone outside the original customer’s household/address. Proof of address is required.
Any claim reported through DealerCONNECT without required proof of eligibility could result in a dealer chargeback, or non-payment of a dealer claim.

Surviving spouses of eligible First Responders who died in the line of duty should generate a First Responders Validation ID by entering the following information on behalf of their deceased spouse:
First Responder Type, Organization, Full Legal First and Last Name and Date of Birth (Month / Day / Year). The email address of the surviving spouse should be entered to receive validation. Additional supporting documentation such as a copy of the death certificate and a letter from department human resources verifying the loss of life while on the job as either a Police Officer, Fireman or EMT may be required.
If eligible, an instant validation with a First Responders Validation ID will be provided. Customers must provide this unique code to a dealership.

Dealers must validate a customer’s First Responders Validation ID through Incentive Configurator on DealerCONNECT.
The total consumer incentive payment must be clearly shown as a separate line item reduction in the calculation of the purchase price on the signed FINAL buyer’s order/purchase contract or if a lease, on the FINAL lease contract on the “Rebates and Non-Cash Credits” line. This computation must be done at the time of sale or lease and must be identified on the buyer’s order or purchase contract as a sales incentive/rebate.

Eligible consumers include: active military, active military reserve, retired military (honorably discharged), and retired military reserve (honorably discharged).
Honorably discharged veterans within 12 months of discharge date, and 100% disabled veterans or veterans rated by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as Individually Unemployable are eligible.

PARTICIPATING DEALERS:
All franchised FCA US LLC dealers who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules are eligible to participate.

Eligible customers will be contacted via the US Postal system or electronically. Only one coupon will be allowed per each eligible vehicle. The customer may redeem this coupon at any authorized Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge, Ram, FIAT or Alfa Dealership.
Eligible vehicles must be delivered or ordered during the program period. Sold orders must follow the guidelines outlined in the Incentive Rules Manual (Gold Book) to be eligible for Sold Order Consumer Incentive Protection.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program offers eligible consumers a cash allowance certificate to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1 or B) of an eligible STELLANTIS vehicle.
The certificate will be delivered electronically to eligible customers. Only one certificate will be allowed per each eligible vehicle. The customer may redeem this certificate at any authorized STELLANTIS Dealership.
Eligible vehicles must be delivered or ordered during the program period. Sold orders must follow the guidelines outlined in the Incentive Rules Manual (Gold Book) to be eligible for Sold Order Consumer Incentive Protection.
Fleet Commercial Non-VIP and VIP customers are eligible to receive the retail consumer and dealer cash incentives if the purchased or leased vehicle is from a dealer’s retail ordered stock. These must be reported as Type of Sale B or E and Fleet incentives cannot be claimed

PARTICIPATING DEALERS:
All franchised STELLANTIS dealers who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules are eligible to participate.

CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY:
The certificate must be presented to a franchised STELLANTIS dealer in the United States at the time of retail purchase of an eligible vehicle.
Only one certificate can be applied to the retail purchase of an eligible vehicle. Eligible households are only allowed up to two certificates per calendar year towards the retail purchase of an eligible vehicle.
Lost certificates will be honored.

The vehicle sale must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household.
The retail purchaser’s order must show the cash allowance as having been applied to the vehicle’s purchase price as a separate line item.

DEALER RESPONSIBILITY:
Dealers should verify a customer’s TDM eligibility and certificate number by using the Target Direct Mail (TDM) Inquiry Application on DealerCONNECT under the sales tab. Proof of validation must be retained in the deal jacket.
If the certificate has been lost or destroyed, the dealer should verify customer eligibility on TDM Inquiry on DealerCONNECT. If necessary, the dealer may call the Chrysler Incentives Assistance Center (1-800-227-0757) to confirm the certificate number is eligible. The dealer may also contact the TrueCar Call Center at 1-888-878-3227 for a replacement certificate/offer code.
The certificate is not transferable to anyone outside the original customer’s household/address. Proof of address is required.
Any claim reported through DealerCONNECT without required proof of eligibility could result in a dealer chargeback, or non-payment of a dealer claim.

This program is compatible with the following program types, providing the vehicle meets all program eligibility requirements:
o Automobility program
o National or Regional Consumer Cash Allowance/APR programs
