Owner Loyalty Program

Current Registered Owners of any Kia model may be eligible for an Owner Loyalty Specialty Incentive when purchasing a new, eligible MY24/MY25 Sportage (excluding Hybrid and PHEV) and MY24/MY25 Sorento (excluding Hybrid and PHEV) and MY24 Telluride reported with a sale type of RSALE, KAPR, KNA, KLSE, CSALE, or KFA. All other sale types are not eligible. The
Qualifying Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) should be input in the Specialty Incentives section of the KDealer+ reporting system under OLP.

Owner Loyalty (OLP) Specialty Incentive Program documentation is not required to be submitted through the automated system, unless there is communication in KIAS indicating that documentation is needed. The states of New York and Pennsylvania are still required to submit documentation for these programs by uploading the required documentation in KIAS2. For all states, documentation for these programs must continue to be lield by the dealer in the sales jacket.

The Qualifying VIN for OLP cannot be utilized more than once in a 365 day period. Please note that it is the dealership’s responsibility to verify the eligibility of a VIN for a specialty incentive prior to finalizing the sale. Incentive monies will not be paid on any VIN considered to be ineligible. Sales reported as RSALE, KAPR, KNA, KLSE, CSALE, or KFA, may be eligible for OLP incentives, if qualified.
Owner Loyalty Program (OLP)
The following is clarification for questions regarding eligibility and documentation for the Owner Loyalty Specialty Incentive program.
The name of the Buyer/Co-buyer on the sale documentation should match the Registration, Kdealer+ reporting information, and all other documentation.
The Specialty Incentive Claim Form must be completed in full and signed by the customer(s), as well as an authorized Dealership Representative.
The date on the Specialty Incentive Claim Form must be consistent with all sales documentation and reporting information.
A copy of the fully executed Finance Contract or Buyer’s Order for the new vehicle purchase must be included in the sale jacket.
The registration must be in the Buyer and/or Co-Buyer’s name and be curren
Dealer is responsible for indicating application of this Specialty Incentive on the Specialty Incentive Claim Form and on the Bill of Sale, Buyers Order or Finance/Lease agreement. Customer may request to receive this incentive rebate in a check directly from the dealer as stated in Sales Policy dated November 2, 2021 and this election should be indicated on the Specialty Incentive Claim Form.
Any vehicle sales over a total of four (4) require utilization of a separate incentive program (DBFLT).
If a customer purchases more than one new, eligible vehicle, a receipt for the payment of registration on both vehicles will be required. (NOTE: Application for Registration will not be accepted).
If the qualifying vehicle is a Kia purchased from the dealer’s used vehicle inventory, a receipt for the payment of the vehicle’s registration is required.
Claims that do not include the required receipt of the payment of registration in the sale jacket will be rejected and the dealer will be charged back for the specialty incentive paid, as well as assessed an administrative fee.
Proof of payment of registration must be either a cancelled check from the dealership with the VIN summary, the printout from the electronic submission to the state, the printout from the state site indicating the VIN and registration dates, or a copy of the actual registration.
Kia America, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, amend or revoke any incentive, bonus, contest, or other special program at any time.

Military Specialty Incentive Program

Payment Qualification:
All new, eligible MY24/MY25 vehicles, excluding MY24 K5 sold with a sale type of RSALE, KAPR,
KLSE,KNA,CSALE,orKFA.
• Ineligible vehicles include any vehicle not indicated as eligible or any other vehicle in which curtailment
has been paid.
• Ineligible sale types include LSALE, INSUR, DBFL T, TDRIV, DBNLA, BRKR, AGED, CCP, AL TCP,
FLEXM and FLEXZ.
Claim documentation submitted after the respective date will be subject to rejection and will be
assessed an Administrative Fee. A Payment Exception will be required for the VIN in question to be
eligible for Incentive Payment after rejection has occurred. The Payment Exception is subject to
certification.
Note: The dates indicated above are the date documentation is required to be submitted by the
dealership via the automated system. In the event that these dates conflict with any other Kia
America, Inc. system, the dates provided in this Incentive Bulletin will govern.
Military Program
• To be eligible for this program, Customers must be members in Active Duty, honorably discharged
from, retired from, or on disability with the United States Armed Forces (including Reservists).
Additionally, the spouse of those individuals is also eligible for this program. The eligible customer
must be able to provide one of the following: a current Earnings Statement, a copy of honorable
discharge papers or certificate, a bank statement indicating a pension or disability earnings from the
United States Armed Forces or an official document indicating future pension eligibility. This includes
those that have "national" status from another country and are serving in the United States military.
