Honda Lease Loyalty Offer" is a Honda customer retention program that provides any current eligible Honda owner $1000 toward Cap Cost Reduction Assistance
with the LEASE of a new and not previously reported sold Honda vehicle through Honda Financial Services (HFS).

Customer Eligibility
Current owners of any 2014 or newer Honda automobiles.
Customer must provide one of the following, that shows address, as proof of ownership of qualifying vehicle:
Current vehicle registration
Current vehicle proof of valid auto insurance.
Current vehicle billing statement (HFS customers only).
Members of the same household are eligible – the proof of ownership document must match the address of the purchaser as shown in the retail delivery registration.
Must meet HFS credit criteria.
Customer must LEASE with HFS for a minimum of 24 months or more of regularly scheduled payments.
Customer is not required to trade in their current vehicle.

HONDA ASSOCIATE PURCHASE PLAN (HAPP):
• Vehicles Eligible for Incentives: Unless otherwise noted, Honda Associate Purchase Plan (HAPP) vehicles ordered and purchased by Honda associates from the applicable Dealer’s inventory, ARE eligible for the current Dealer incentive programs offered by American Honda Motor Co., Inc. (“AHM”)
• Vehicles NOT Eligible for Incentives: Unless otherwise noted, Honda Associate Purchase Plan (HAPP) Vehicles ordered and purchased by Honda associates on a “build to order” basis (“HAPP BTO Vehicles”) are NOT eligible for any Dealer incentives.

HCVP VEHICLES (SERVICE LOANERS):
• HCVP (Honda Courtesy Vehicle Program) vehicles are NOT eligible for Spins or for new HFS Lease or Retail and, consequently, Lease Cash or Retail Finance Cash. HCVP vehicles are titled to Dealer and as such are not considered "new" with regards to any HFS Lease or Retail financing.
• Vehicles RDR’d into HCVP status must be reported as “Retail”, NOT as “Other”. HCVP vehicles reported as “Other” will NOT be eligible for any incentives. Vehicles RDR'd into HCVP status during the program period as “Retail” may be eligible for Objective Credit toward any active dealer challenge.
• Unless otherwise noted, HCVP vehicles that were transferred out of HCVP status are eligible for Dealer Cash or Dealer Challenge Cash (based on qualified models) when sold, delivered and reported as either "Certified Used" or "Other Used" during the program period. Reporting these vehicles on iN as "Used" or "Certified Used" is required as this triggers any eligible incentive.
• HCVP vehicles must adhere to the same required reporting procedures for new vehicles as outlined in section 4.1 of the Rules, Terms and Conditions.

DEMONSTRATOR VEHICLES (DEMO VEHICLES):
• Current model year Demonstrator (Demo) units may be leased or financed if the vehicle is new, untitled, and driven less than 6,000 miles. For leased Demonstrator vehicles, a reduction must be made to the residual value at a rate of 10 cents per mile in excess of 200 miles. New Lease vehicles must be supported by a copy of the manufacturer’s factory invoice or the Monroney label. Prior model year new Honda and Acura vehicles can be leased through June of the current year.
• Vehicles in “demo status” are eligible for dealer cash, contest and spins provided they meet all other program criteria when they come out of “demo status” and are sold and delivered during the program period.

REIMBURSEMENT:
All payments will be posted by VIN to a "Miscellaneous Billing Form" that accompanies your Balance Forward Statement. Please note that those eligible units posted via the Interactive Network after the 20th of the month will show on the following month's Balance Forward Statement.

NOTE:
If a vehicle uses a Special HFS Lease/Purchase Plan or Special HFS APR Financing that is not eligible for Dealer Cash, the dealer may be automatically paid the Dealer Cash and then charged back, after the HFS contract is received by American Honda.
If a vehicle uses a Special HFS Lease/Purchase Plan incentive or a Special HFS APR Financing incentive that is required with Dealer Cash, the dealer will be paid the Dealer Cash after the HFS contract is received by American Honda.
These Dealer Cash adjustments may occur up to 45 days after receipt of the HFS contract by American Honda.
