National Retail Consumer Cash

PROGRAM PERIOD:
January 03, 2024 through January 02, 2025

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program offers eligible consumers a cash allowance certificate to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1 or B) of an eligible FCA US vehicle.
The certificate will be delivered electronically to eligible members of the Employee Benefits Network – a network which provides benefits to employees of participating corporations in the US. Only one certificate will be allowed per each eligible vehicle. The customer may redeem this certificate at any authorized FCA US Dealership.
Eligible vehicles must be delivered during the program period.
Fleet Commercial Non-VIP and VIP customers are eligible to receive the retail consumer and dealer cash incentives if the purchased or leased vehicle is from a dealer’s retail ordered stock. These must be reported as Type of Sale B or E and Fleet incentives cannot be claimed

PARTICIPATING DEALERS:
All franchised FCA US LLC dealers who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules are eligible to participate.

CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY:
The certificate must be presented to a franchised FCA US LLC dealer in the United States at the time of retail purchase of an eligible vehicle.
Only one certificate can be applied to the retail purchase of an eligible vehicle. Eligible households are only allowed up to two certificates per calendar year towards the retail purchase of an eligible vehicle.
Lost certificates will be honored.
The vehicle sale must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household.
The eligible retail purchase must assign the cash allowance to the selling dealer. The retail purchaser’s order must show the cash allowance as having been applied to the vehicle’s purchase price as a separate line item
.
DEALER RESPONSIBILITY:
The Employee Benefits Network TDM must be retained by the selling dealer in the deal jacket for verification of this program.
The Target Direct Mail (TDM) Inquiry application on DealerCONNECT will be available for certificate verification.
If the certificate has been lost or destroyed, the dealer should verify customer eligibility on TDM Inquiry on DealerCONNECT. If necessary, the dealer may call the Chrysler Incentives Assistance Center (1-800-227-0757) to confirm the certificate number is eligible. The dealer may also contact the TrueCar Call Center at 1-888-878-3227 for a replacement certificate/offer code.
The certificate is not transferable to anyone outside the original customer’s household/address. Proof of address is required.
Any claim reported through DealerCONNECT without required proof of eligibility could result in a dealer chargeback, or non-payment of a dealer claim.

Fleet Commercial Non-VIP and VIP customers are eligible to receive the retail consumer incentives if the purchased or leased vehicle is from a dealer’s retail ordered stock. These must be reported as Type of Sale B or E and Fleet incentives cannot be claimed.
Eligible customers will be contacted via the US Postal system or electronically. Only one certificate will be allowed per each eligible vehicle. Certificate end dates will vary. The customer may redeem this $1,000 certificate at any authorized Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge, Ram or FIAT Dealership.
Eligible vehicles must be delivered or ordered during the program period. Sold orders must follow the guidelines outlined in the Incentive Rules Manual (Gold Book) to be eligible for Sold Order Consumer Incentive Protection.
Only one certificate can be applied to the retail purchase or lease of an eligible vehicle and only one coupon/allowance per person.
Only one certificate per account and per customer can be earned during a reward year.

The certificate is not transferable to anyone outside the original customer’s household/address. Proof of address and/or immediate family relationships required.
The total consumer incentive payment must be clearly shown as a separate line item reduction in the calculation of the purchase price on the signed FINAL buyer’s order / purchase contract or if a lease, on the FINAL lease contract on the “Rebates and Non-Cash Credits” line. This computation must be done at the time of sale or lease, and must be identified on the buyer’s order or purchase contract as a sales incentive/rebate.

Dealers should verify a customer’s TDM eligibility and certificate number by using the Target Direct Mail (TDM) Inquiry Application on DealerCONNECT under the sales tab. Proof of validation must be retained in the deal jacket.
The FCA Incentives Assistance Center (1-800-227-0757) is also available to confirm the customer name appears on the galley list and is eligible. Only a customer whose name appears on the list is eligible to participate.

Additional supporting documentation such as a copy of the death certificate and a letter from department human resources verifying the loss of life while on the job as either a Police Officer, Fireman or EMT may be required.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program offers a $500 cash allowance to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1/B) or lease (Type Sale L/E) of an eligible vehicle. Eligible consumers include: active military, active military reserve, retired military (honorably discharged), and retired military reserve (honorably discharged).
Honorably discharged veterans within 12 months of discharge date, and 100% disabled veterans or veterans rated by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as Individually Unemployable are eligible.

PARTICIPATING DEALERS:
All franchised FCA US LLC dealers who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules are eligible to participate.

CONSUMER ELIGIBILITY:
Eligible consumers include: active military, active military reserve, retired military (honorably discharged), and retired military reserve (honorably discharged). Honorably discharged veterans within 12 months of discharge date, and 100% disabled veterans are eligible.

Bank Loyalty Bonus Cash

This program offers bonus consumer cash to current customers of the qualifying Stellantis vehicles 
below to be applied toward the Type Sale 1 or B or E or L of eligible vehicles to residents of the 
states and counties listed in the BUSINESS CENTER BOUNDARIES section.
Customer must finance through Stellantis Financial Services and dealers must keep proof of 
financing in the deal jacket.
Fleet Commercial Non-VIP and VIP customers are eligible to receive the retail consumer and dealer 
cash incentives if the purchased or leased vehicle is from a dealer’s retail ordered stock. These 
must be reported as Type of Sale B or E and Fleet incentives cannot be claimed.
Stellantis will verify with Stellantis Financial Services that vehicles are financed and edit

Customers who currently have a qualifying Stellantis vehicle listed below, or who have had a 
contract expire within the last 365 calendar days of the program start date (if applicable per the 
Qualifying Program Criteria below); and enter into a new purchase or lease of an eligible model are 
eligible to participate.
Customer must finance or lease through Stellantis Financial Services.
The customer must meet all eligibility requirements and must be the primary user on the loyalty 
contract (listed either as first or second) and named on the Title and/or Owner’s Registration (if 
applicable). The primary user must be the insurer of the vehicle.
The loyalty vehicle must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant or registered 
in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household. Vehicles registered in the 
name of Stellantis are also eligible for individuals within the custodial household.
The vehicle being used to qualify for this program must have been registered in the name of the 
qualifying customer for a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the new lease or purchase.
A loyalty VIN may be used on a maximum of two (2) new vehicle purchases/leases for the lifetime of 
the loyalty VIN. Both vehicles using the same loyalty VIN must be purchased on the same day from

PARTICIPATING DEALERS:
All franchised FCA US LLC dealers who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules are eligible to participate.

CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY:
Customers who are in possession of the original Ram 1500 Site Private Offer coupon are automatically qualified to receive benefit under this program.
The coupon must be presented to a franchised FCA US LLC dealer in the United States at the time of retail purchase of an eligible vehicle.
The vehicle sale or lease must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant / business or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household.
The coupon is not transferable to anyone outside the original customer’s household/address. Proof of address and/or immediate family relationships required.
The total consumer incentive payment must be clearly shown as a separate line item reduction in the calculation of the purchase price on the signed FINAL buyer’s order / purchase contract or if a lease, on the FINAL lease contract on the “Rebates and Non-Cash Credits” line. This computation must be done at the time of sale or lease, and must be identified on the buyer’s order or purchase contract as a sales incentive/rebate.
In the case of a lease, the minimum term must be no less than 12 months.
The cash allowance must not be combined with customer down payment or other dealer provided discounts.

DEALER RESPONSIBILITY:
The Ram 1500 Site Private Offer Coupon must be retained by the selling dealer in the deal jacket for verification of this program. In the event of a missing certificate, a copy of the TDM inquiry must be retained in the deal jacket.
Dealers should verify a customer’s TDM eligibility and certificate number by using the Target Direct Mail (TDM) Inquiry Application on DealerCONNECT under the sales tab. Proof of validation must be retained in the deal jacket.
The FCA US Incentives Assistance Center (1-800-227-0757) is also available to confirm the customer name appears on the galley list and is eligible. Only a customer whose name appears on the list is eligible to participate.
Any claim reported through DealerCONNECT without required proof of eligibility could result in a dealer chargeback, or non-payment of a dealer claim.

This program offers eligible consumers a cash allowance certificate to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1 or B) or lease (Type Sale L or E) of an eligible STELLANTIS vehicle.
The certificate will be delivered electronically via TrueCar’s online car shopping service to select TrueCar customers chosen through a private targeted marketing campaign.
