Honda Lease Loyalty Offer" is a Honda customer retention program that provides any current eligible Honda owner $500 toward Cap Cost Reduction Assistance
with the LEASE of a new and not previously reported sold Honda vehicle through Honda Financial Services (HFS).

Customer Eligibility
Current owners of any 2014 or newer Honda automobiles.
Customer must provide one of the following, that shows address, as proof of ownership of qualifying vehicle:
Current vehicle registration
Current vehicle proof of valid auto insurance.
Current vehicle billing statement (HFS customers only).
Members of the same household are eligible – the proof of ownership document must match the address of the purchaser as shown in the retail delivery registration.
Must meet HFS credit criteria.
Customer must LEASE with HFS for a minimum of 24 months or more of regularly scheduled payments.
Customer is not required to trade in their current vehicle.

HCVP VEHICLES (SERVICE LOANERS):
• HCVP (Honda Courtesy Vehicle Program) vehicles are NOT eligible for Spins or for new HFS Lease or Retail and, consequently, Lease Cash or Retail Finance Cash. HCVP vehicles are titled to Dealer and as such are not considered "new" with regards to any HFS Lease or Retail financing.
• Vehicles RDR’d into HCVP status must be reported as “Retail”, NOT as “Other”. HCVP vehicles reported as “Other” will NOT be eligible for any incentives. Vehicles RDR'd into HCVP status during the program period as “Retail” may be eligible for Objective Credit toward any active dealer challenge.
• Unless otherwise noted, HCVP vehicles that were transferred out of HCVP status are eligible for Dealer Cash or Dealer Challenge Cash (based on qualified models) when sold, delivered and reported as either "Certified Used" or "Other Used" during the program period. Reporting these vehicles on iN as "Used" or "Certified Used" is required as this triggers any eligible incentive.
• HCVP vehicles must adhere to the same required reporting procedures for new vehicles as outlined in section 4.1 of the Rules, Terms and Conditions.

DEMONSTRATOR VEHICLES (DEMO VEHICLES):
• Current model year Demonstrator (Demo) units may be leased or financed if the vehicle is new, untitled, and driven less than 6,000 miles. For leased Demonstrator vehicles, a reduction must be made to the residual value at a rate of 10 cents per mile in excess of 200 miles. New Lease vehicles must be supported by a copy of the manufacturer’s factory invoice or the Monroney label. Prior model year new Honda and Acura vehicles can be leased through June of the current year.
• Vehicles in “demo status” are eligible for dealer cash, contest and spins provided they meet all other program criteria when they come out of “demo status” and are sold and delivered during the program period.

REIMBURSEMENT:
All payments will be posted by VIN to a "Miscellaneous Billing Form" that accompanies your Balance Forward Statement. Please note that those eligible units posted via the Interactive Network after the 20th of the month will show on the following month's Balance Forward Statement.

NOTE:
If a vehicle uses a Special HFS Lease/Purchase Plan or Special HFS APR Financing that is not eligible for Dealer Cash, the dealer may be automatically paid the Dealer Cash and then charged back, after the HFS contract is received by American Honda.
If a vehicle uses a Special HFS Lease/Purchase Plan incentive or a Special HFS APR Financing incentive that is required with Dealer Cash, the dealer will be paid the Dealer Cash after the HFS contract is received by American Honda.
These Dealer Cash adjustments may occur up to 45 days after receipt of the HFS contract by American Honda.

Maturity Range 
Eligible targeted lease maturities (see below) with an original or revised contract maturity date between April 2, 2024 and September 30, 2024 will receive a Q2 2024 Toyota Lease Loyalty certificate (with a unique customer offer ID/certificate number) via direct mail or email (depending on customer privacy selection).
Eligible maturities: Camry (G/HV), Corolla (G/HB/HV), Rav4 (G/HV excluding Prime), Highlander 
(G/HV), Tacoma, C-HR, Avalon (G/HV) maturities

1. Qualifying lessees will receive a unique Toyota Lease Loyalty Certificate offer (lessees that filed bankruptcy over the course of their existing lease are excluded from this program). Lessee remains obligated to pay all remaining monthly payments and any outstanding fees and charges according to the terms and conditions of their current TFS contract.
2. To redeem the offer, customers must:
A. Obtain credit approval to lease or finance a NEW Toyota vehicle from dealer ground stock inventory and TFS during the program period
B. Customer(s) from the original lease agreement must complete one of the following:
a. Submit their unique Q3 Toyota Lease Loyalty Certificate to the dealership, or
b. Provide the unique offer ID/certificate number to the dealership, or
c. Have the dealership confirm their eligibility & print the certificate from Signal, CLS, CSC or designated TFS DSC C. Sign and complete the iPlus Incentive Acknowledgment Form
D. At least one customer from the original lease agreement OR customer from the same household must enter into a lease or retail agreement for a new Toyota vehicle assigned to TFS.
3. Customers may:
A. Return their current, open maturing lease vehicle within 30 days of their maturity date (Customer’s account must be paid in full to take advantage of the rebate offer).
B. Keep their maturing lease until their scheduled lease maturity date (No stipulation on customer buying out their existing lease).

New: Rebate Reimbursement • TMNA (HQ) will reimburse the dealer for the Lease Loyalty Rebate once the following is completed. 1. Customer’s complete unique offer ID/certificate number is input into RouteOne/eContracting (see IMPORTANT RouteOne Instructions above) 2. Properly disclose the rebate on the Lease/Retail Agreement. The Toyota Loyalty Rebate must be applied towards either Amount Due at Lease Signing or Capitalized Cost Reduction on a TFS lease agreement, or towards the down-payment on a TFS retail contract. 3. Dealer submits the Incentive Application (IA) and RDR via Dealer Daily 4. An eligible contract is booked by TFS 5. continuation of the Toyota College Graduate Rebate Program.

Program Overview

• Effective May 1, 2024 † through June 3, 2024.

Effective Dates
The Toyota College Rebate Program is effective from May 1, 2024 through June 3, 2024. The contracts must be processed by TFS within 30 days of the contract date.

Customer Eligibility
To obtain the College Graduate Rebate benefits you must be (1) enrolled in or be a graduate from an eligible school within the last two calendar years*, (2) fulfill an eligible degree status and (3) provide proof of eligible degree status all as defined below:
• Eligible School/Degree Programs: An “eligible school” is an accredited school in the 50 United States, U.S. Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico. An “eligible degree” is defined as one of the following from/with an eligible school:
o A four year undergraduate degree from a college, university or a registered nursing program; or
o A two year associate or undergraduate degree from a community college, junior college or technical college or university; or
o A graduate degree or current enrollment in a graduate school degree program.
*Two Calendar Year example: Customer graduates in May 2023, he/she has until December 31, 2025 to qualify for the Toyota College Graduate Rebate Program.
• Eligible Degree Status:
o Current enrollment in a graduate school degree program from an eligible school; or
o Have already obtained a eligible degree from an eligible school within two calendar years prior to signing your lease or finance contract through your dealer and Toyota Financial Services (TFS).*
o You will obtain an eligible degree from an eligible school within six months after signing your lease or finance contract through your dealer and TFS.
Updated Process: Eligibility verification requirements: • The customer MUST create an ID.me account and complete the verification process themselves. • DO NOT use the dealer/dealer associate email address to “help” the customer create the account. ID.me will detect these accounts and they will be suspended and flagged as “potentially fraudulent”. This may also cause the customer to not be able to verify their identity through ID.me. • If the customer fails verification, creating another account WILL NOT solve the issue and will only further complicate the process. The car buyer should contact ID.me Member Support for assistance. • ID.me is unable to discuss customer account information with the dealer. The customer will need to contact ID.me directly for issues. • ID.me support can be reached by emailing help@id.me or via chat at https://help.id.me/hc/en-us/requests/new.
• ID.me Support Team is available to the customer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is best equipped to handle issues involving ID.me registration and verification. To qualify for financing customer must also: 1. At contract signing, furnish verifiable proof of present employment or proof of future employment, which will begin within 120 days of credit approval, with a salary sufficient to cover ordinary living expenses and vehicle payments; and 2. Be approved for credit, and finance “the Vehicle” through a participating Dealer and Toyota Financial Services (TFS). During the last 24 months, all obligations on your credit report must have been paid within 60 days of the due date, and your credit report must not show more than $1,000 in total charge-offs. 3. To receive the College Graduate Rebate benefits, the signer or co-signer must meet all the College Graduate qualifications.

Toyota College Grad Rebate-NAT

Toyota Financial Services (TFS) and Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) are pleased to announce the continuation of the Toyota Military Rebate Program.
Program Overview

Effective May 1, 2024 through June 3, 2024.
•
$500 rebate for eligible customers.
•
All New Toyota vehicles are eligible.
•
All participating Toyota dealers are eligible, excluding Toyota dealers in CAT, GST, and SET States and Way360 dealers.

TFS reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time.

TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICES
Effective Dates
The Toyota Military Rebate Program is effective from May 1, 2024 through June 3, 2024. The contracts must be processed by TFS within 30 days of the program end date.
Eligible Vehicles
All New* Toyota vehicles, including untitled dealer demonstrators with 20,000 miles or less.
(Note: Toyota Certified Used Vehicle (TCUV) are not eligible for the Military Rebate Program)
*New and unlicensed non-J carried in dealership ground stock inventory that are sold and reported (RDR'd) to the ultimate consumer during the program period and registered with the appropriate state motor vehicle department. 
Eligible Dealers
All participating Toyota dealers are eligible, excluding Toyota dealers in CAT, GST, and SET states and all CCC dealers.
Customer Eligibility
Applicant or Co-Applicant must be:
• Be credit approved by TFS.
• In current active-duty status in the U.S. Military (Navy, Army, Air Force, Marines, National Guard, Coast Guard and active Reserve); OR
• U.S. Military inactive reserves (i.e., Ready Reserves) that are part of the Individual Ready Reserve, Selected Reserve and Inactive National Guard; OR
• An honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Military within two calendar years of their discharge date; OR
• A retired U.S. Military veteran, regardless of the date of separation from active service; OR • A spouse/surviving spouse and dependents of an eligible U.S. Military personnel (including Gold Star Family Members). • Goldstar family members are family members of a fallen hero(s) and are also considered as family members eligible for this program.
Updated Process: Eligibility verification requirements • The customer MUST create an ID.me account and complete the verification process themselves. • DO NOT use the dealer/dealer associate email address to “help” the customer create the account. ID.me will detect these accounts and they will be suspended and flagged as “potentially fraudulent”. This may also cause the customer to not be able to verify their identity through ID.me. • If the customer fails verification, creating another account WILL NOT solve the issue and will only further complicate the process. The car buyer should contact ID.me Member Support for assistance. • ID.me is unable to discuss customer account information with the dealer. The customer will need to contact ID.me directly for issues. • ID.me support can be reached by emailing help@id.me or via chat at https://help.id.me/hc/en-us/requests/new • ID.me Support Team is available to the customer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is best equipped to handle issues involving ID.me registration and verification

Proof of eligibility is simple. Just visit your local Hyundai dealer with the following two things: 

*  A copy of your diploma or a letter from the registrar’s office stating that you graduated or will graduate
*  Proof of employment, such as a pay stub, or an offer letter from a prospective employer. Hyundai Motor Finance (HMF) must deem your salary sufficient to cover living expenses and vehicle payments.

You must be a graduate of a four-year university, accredited two-year college, or a nursing school. You must have graduated from a U.S. university within the past two years or be on track to graduate within the next six months. The offer includes graduates and graduate candidates attending accredited masters or doctorate programs.

First Responders Program

Customers must be active First Responders at the commencement of the program period.

First Responders are defined as customers active as Police Officers, Sheriffs/Sheriff Deputies, Correctional Officers, State Troopers and Federal Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters (paid or volunteer), EMT/Paramedics and 911 Dispatchers and their spouses.
 
Customers must purchase an eligible new or unused Hyundai vehicle from a participating Hyundai dealership.

First Responders Program Bonus offered by Hyundai Motor America towards the purchase or lease of a new or unused Hyundai vehicle through participating Hyundai dealers from April 1, 2020 through January 2, 2023. To qualify for the bonus, at the time of purchase or lease, you must (1) be active as a Police Officer, Sheriff/Sheriff Deputy, Correctional Officer, State Trooper and Federal Law Enforcement Officer, Firefighter (paid or volunteer), EMT/Paramedic and/or 911 Dispatcher or a spouse of a First Responder AND (2) provide verifiable proof of active service and/or employment as a First Responder; (3) receive a salary sufficient to cover ordinary living expenses and payment for your new vehicle; and (4) receive credit approval from and execute a finance or lease contract through a participating Hyundai dealer. Not all applicants will qualify. On lease contracts, rebate must be applied toward the Amount Due at Lease Signing or toward the Capitalized Cost Reduction. Personnel from the U.S. Military eligible for this program are defined as customers serving or having served in the United States Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy, Reserves, or National Guard.
Customers must purchase an eligible new Hyundai vehicle from a participating Hyundai dealership. Refer to “Participating Dealerships” and “Eligible Vehicles” above.

Ineligible Customers:
Customers who purchase a vehicle that is not listed under “Eligible Vehicles”.
Customers who purchase a vehicle from a non-participating dealership.
Customers who are not eligible branches for U.S. Military, for example, National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), ROTC, and U.S. Public Health Services branches.
Customers who are serving in other branches not defined under “Eligible Customers”. Only United States Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy, Reserves and National Guards are qualified branches.
