Military Program
• To be eligible for this program, Customers must be members in Active Duty, honorably discharged from, retired from, or on disability with the United States Armed Forces (including Reservists). Additionally, the spouse of those individuals is also eligible for this program. The eligible customer must be able to provide one of the following: a current Earnings Statement, a copy of honorable discharge papers or certificate, a bank statement indicating a pension or disability earnings from the United States Armed Forces or an official document indicating future pension eligibility. This includes those that have “national” status from another country and are serving in the United States military.

The following is clarification for questions regarding eligibility and documentation for the Military Specialty Incentive program.
• Members of the United States Armed Forces that are active, reservists, retirees, have received an honorable discharge or military members that are on disability from the United States Armed Forces, including spouses, and can provide a copy of one of the following: a current Earnings Statement, honorable discharge papers or certificate, a bank statement indicating a pension or disability earnings or an official document indicating future pension eligibility from the United States Armed Forces
• In order for a spouse to be eligible, they must provide one of the above listed pieces of documentation.
• Military ID of any type is not acceptable as proof of eligibility and must not be submitted through the specialty incentive automation system.

Program overview:
Program dates October 1, 2024 through November 4, 2024
•Lease maturities from 10/1/2024 through 3/31/2025 (eligible maturities are listed below)

•Mail offer distributed on 10/1/2024, e-mail communication distributed on 10/1/2024
•List of eligible customers with a unique offer ID/certificate number will be loaded in Signal.

Effective Date
Effective October 1, 2024 through November 4, 2024. Lease/Retail agreements must be dated no later than November 4, 2024 and must be processed by TFS by December 4, 2024.

Maturity Range 
Eligible targeted lease maturities (see below) with an original or revised contract maturity date between October 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025 will receive a Q4 2024 Toyota Lease Loyalty certificate (with a unique customer offer ID/certificate number) via direct mail or email (depending on customer privacy selection). Customer Eligibility
Qualifying lessees will receive a unique Toyota Lease Loyalty Certificate offer (lessees that filed bankruptcy over the course of their existing lease are excluded from this program). Lessee remains obligated to pay all remaining monthly payments and any outstanding fees and charges according to the terms and conditions of their current TFS contract.
2.To redeem the offer, customers must:
A.Obtain credit approval to lease or finance a NEW Toyota vehicle from dealer ground stock inventory and TFS during the program period.
B.Customer(s) from the original lease agreement must complete one of the following:
a.Submit their unique Q3 Toyota Lease Loyalty Certificate to the dealership, or
b.Provide the unique offer ID/certificate number to the dealership, or
c.Have the dealership confirm their eligibility & print the certificate from Signal, CSC or designated TFS Experience Center (EC)
C.Sign and complete the iPlus Incentive Acknowledgment Form
D.At least one customer* from the original lease agreement OR customer* from the same household must enter into a lease or retail agreement for a new Toyota vehicle assigned to TFS. *New customer must reside at the same address as that of the primary buyer from the original lease agreement. *If Co-borrower resides at a different address from that of the primary buyer on the original lease agreement, they will not qualify for a Loyalty certificate on their own.
3.Customers may:
A.Return their current, open maturing lease vehicle within 30 days of their maturity date (Customer’s account must be paid in full to take advantage of the rebate offer).
B.Keep their maturing lease until their scheduled lease maturity date (No stipulation on customer buying out their existing lease).

Toyota Financial Services (TFS) and Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) we are pleased to announce an update to the Toyota College Rebate Program.
Program Overview
•† This date is the incentive period start date, to be used for customer eligibility.
•$500 rebate for eligible customers
•All new Toyota vehicles are eligible.
•All participating Toyota dealers are eligible, excluding Toyota dealers in GST and SET states and all Way360 dealers.
•The requirement to graduate within six months after signing a lease or finance contract has been removed from the program.

This Program is subject to change or termination at any time.

 Eligible Vehicles
All New* Toyota vehicles, including untitled dealer demonstrators with 20,000 miles or less.
(Note: Toyota Certified Used Vehicle (TCUV) are not eligible for the College Rebate Program)

Customer Eligibility
To obtain the College Rebate benefits the customer must be (1) currently enrolled in an eligible degree program or be a graduate from an eligible school within the current Incentive period or within the two years prior* to the incentive period start date (2) provide proof of eligible degree status (3) provide proof of graduation all as defined below:
•Eligible School/Degree Programs: An “eligible school” is an accredited school in the 50 United States, U.S. Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico. An “eligible degree” is defined as one of the following from/with an eligible school:
oA four year undergraduate degree from a college, university or a registered nursing program; or
oA two year associate or undergraduate degree from a community college, junior college or technical college or university; or
oA graduate degree or current enrollment in a graduate school degree program.
*Two Year example: Current Incentive period start date is July 2, 2024; customer must be enrolled or graduated within the PRIOR two years: July 2, 2022–July 1, 2024. Customer may also be enrolled or graduate within the CURRENT incentive period (July 2, 2024–July 31, 2024).
•Eligible Degree Status:
oCurrent enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate school degree program from an eligible school; or
oHave already obtained an eligible degree from an eligible school within two years (as defined above).

Updated Process: Eligibility verification requirements:
• The customer MUST create an ID.me account and complete the verification process themselves. The QR Code on the left will take the customer to the ID.me+ shop page.
• DO NOT use the dealer/dealer associate email address to “help” the customer create the account. ID.me will detect these accounts and they will be suspended and flagged as “potentially fraudulent”. This may also cause the customer to not be able to verify their identity through ID.me.
• If the customer fails verification, creating another account WILL NOT solve the issue and will only further complicate the process. The car buyer should contact ID.me Member Support for assistance.
• ID.me is unable to discuss customer account information with the dealer. The customer will need to contact ID.me directly for issues.
• ID.me support can be reached by emailing help@id.me or via chat at https://help.id.me/hc/en-us/requests/new.
• ID.me Support Team is available to the customer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is best equipped to handle issues involving ID.me registration and verification. To qualify for financing customer must also:
1. At contract signing, furnish verifiable proof of present employment or proof of future employment, which will begin within 120 days of credit approval, with a salary sufficient to cover ordinary living expenses and vehicle payments; and
2. Be approved for credit, and finance “the Vehicle” through a participating Dealer and Toyota Financial Services (TFS). During the last 24 months, all obligations on your credit report must have been paid within 60 days of the due date, and your credit report must not show more than $1,000 in total charge-offs.
3. To receive the College Rebate benefits, the signer or co-signer must meet all the College Rebate qualifications.

Program Compatibility
The Toyota College Rebate Program is compatible with other special/subvened programs when the special/subvened program parameters permit the compatibility (please refer to your subvened program announcement for more details).

Applicant or Co-Applicant must be:
•Be credit approved by TFS.
•In current active-duty status in the U.S. Military (Navy, Army, Air Force, Marines, National Guard, Coast Guard and active Reserve); OR
•U.S. Military inactive reserves (i.e., Ready Reserves) that are part of the Individual Ready Reserve, Selected Reserve and Inactive National Guard; OR
•An honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Military within two calendar years of their discharge date; OR
•A retired U.S. Military veteran, regardless of the date of separation from active service; OR
•A spouse/surviving spouse and dependents of an eligible U.S. Military personnel (including Gold Star Family Members).
•Goldstar family members are family members of a fallen hero(s) and are also considered as family members eligible for this program.
Updated Process: Eligibility verification requirements
•The customer MUST create an ID.me account and complete the verification process themselves. The QR code on the left will take the customer to the ID.me + Toyota shop page.
•DO NOT use the dealer/dealer associate email address to “help” the customer create the account. ID.me will detect these accounts and they will be suspended and flagged as “potentially fraudulent”. This may also cause the customer to not be able to verify their identity through ID.me.
•If the customer fails verification, creating another account WILL NOT solve the issue and will only further complicate the process. The car buyer should contact ID.me Member Support for assistance.
•ID.me is unable to discuss customer account information with the dealer. The customer will need to contact ID.me directly for issues.

• Vehicles in “demo status” are eligible for dealer cash, contest and spins provided they meet all other program criteria when they come out of “demo status” and are sold and delivered during the program period.

REIMBURSEMENT:
All payments will be posted by VIN to a "Miscellaneous Billing Form" that accompanies your Balance Forward Statement. Please note that those eligible units posted via the Interactive Network after the 20th of the month will show on the following month's Balance Forward Statement.

NOTE:
If a vehicle uses a Special HFS Lease/Purchase Plan or Special HFS APR Financing that is not eligible for Dealer Cash, the dealer may be automatically paid the Dealer Cash and then charged back, after the HFS contract is received by American Honda.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program offers eligible consumers a cash allowance certificate to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1 or B) of an eligible STELLANTIS vehicle.
The certificate will be delivered electronically to eligible members of the Employee Benefits Network – a network which provides benefits to employees of participating corporations in the US. Only one certificate
will be allowed per each eligible vehicle. The customer may redeem this certificate at any authorized STELLANTIS Dealership.

Eligible vehicles must be delivered or ordered during the program period. Sold orders must follow the guidelines outlined in the Incentive Rules Manual (Gold Book) to be eligible for Sold Order Consumer
Incentive Protection.
Fleet Commercial Non-VIP and VIP customers are eligible to receive the retail consumer and dealer cash incentives if the purchased or leased vehicle is from a dealer’s retail ordered stock. These must be
reported as Type of Sale B or E and Fleet incentives cannot be claimed

PARTICIPATING DEALERS:
All franchised STELLANTIS dealers who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules are eligible to participate

CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY:
The certificate must be presented to a franchised STELLANTIS dealer in the United States at the time of retail purchase of an eligible vehicle.
Only one certificate can be applied to the retail purchase of an eligible vehicle. Eligible households are only allowed up to two certificates per calendar year towards the retail purchase of an eligible vehicle.
Lost certificates will be honored. The vehicle sale must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household.
The retail purchaser’s order must show the cash allowance as having been applied to the vehicle’s purchase price as a separate line item.

DEALER RESPONSIBILITY:
The Employee Benefits Network TDM must be retained by the selling dealer in the deal jacket for verification of this program.
The Target Direct Mail (TDM) Inquiry application on DealerCONNECT will be available for certificate verification. If the certificate has been lost or destroyed, the dealer should verify customer eligibility on TDM Inquiry on DealerCONNECT. If necessary, the dealer may call the Chrysler Incentives Assistance Center (1-800- 227-0757) to confirm the certificate number is eligible. The dealer may also contact the TrueCar Call
Center at 1-888-878-3227 for a replacement certificate/offer code. The certificate is not transferable to anyone outside the original customer’s household/address. Proof of address is required.
Any claim reported through DealerCONNECT without required proof of eligibility could result in a dealer chargeback, or non-payment of a dealer claim.

Chrysler Capital Tax Credit

The federal tax credit is claimed by the lender. Dealers can pass along this credit to the consumer in the form of a cap cost reduction on a Chrysler Capital lease.

»This incentive is based on the federal EV tax credit received by Chrysler Capital and is subject to change without notice.
» Eligible vehicle lease approvals will include a stip to submit a lease worksheet with the applicable Noncash Credit
» Noncash Credit will vary by vehicle trim and is subject to change; dealer is responsible for confirming eligibility based on contract date
» A correct lease worksheet MUST be provided with the funding packet; deals without the lease worksheet will not be funded
» The applicable tax credit amount (example: $7,250) MUST be listed as a Noncash Credit and be included in the Total Cap Cost Reduction in the Capitalized Cost Data section of the worksheet

» Qualifying customers who lease an eligible PHEV vehicle through Chrysler Capital will receive a capitalized cost reduction. Chrysler Capital will reimburse the dealer the applicable tax credit amount based on the qualifying vehicle and contract structure in a separate transaction once the contract is funded. This incentive is based on the federal EV tax credit received by Chrysler Capital and is subject to change without notice. Restrictions apply.

» The full Tax Credit amount must be applied as a cap cost reduction and properly disclosed on the contract and lease worksheet. A correct lease worksheet MUST be provided with the funding packet. Deals without the lease worksheet will not be funded

» Stellantis Financial Services will reimburse the dealer the tax credit amount with the proceeds at time of contract funding.

Stellantis Financial Tax Credit

This program offers eligible FCA DrivePlus Mastercard and/or Jeep® Rewards Mastercard (effective April 1, 2023) members a $1,000 cash allowance certificate to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1 or B) or lease (Type Sale L or E) of an eligible vehicle.
Fleet Commercial Non-VIP and VIP customers are eligible to receive the retail consumer incentives if the purchased or leased vehicle is from a dealer’s retail ordered stock. These must be reported as Type of Sale B or E and Fleet incentives cannot be claimed.
Eligible customers will be contacted via the US Postal system or electronically. Only one certificate will be allowed per each eligible vehicle. Certificate end dates will vary. The customer may redeem this $1,000 certificate at any authorized Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge, Ram or FIAT Dealership.
Eligible vehicles must be delivered or ordered during the program period. Sold orders must follow the guidelines outlined in the Incentive Rules Manual (Gold Book) to be eligible for Sold Order Consumer Incentive Protection.
Only one certificate can be applied to the retail purchase or lease of an eligible vehicle and only one coupon/allowance per person.
Only one certificate per account and per customer can be earned during a reward year.

CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY:
Customers who are in possession of the original $1,000 FCA DrivePlus Mastercard & Jeep Rewards Mastercard Certificate Offer are automatically qualified to receive benefit under this program.
The certificate must be presented to a franchised FCA US LLC dealer in the United States at the time of retail purchase or lease of an eligible vehicle.
The vehicle sale or lease must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant / business or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household.
The certificate is not transferable to anyone outside the original customer’s household/address. Proof of address and/or immediate family relationships required.
The total consumer incentive payment must be clearly shown as a separate line item reduction in the calculation of the purchase price on the signed FINAL buyer’s order / purchase contract or if a lease, on the FINAL lease contract on the “Rebates and Non-Cash Credits” line. This computation must be done at the time of sale or lease, and must be identified on the buyer’s order or purchase contract as a sales incentive/rebate.
In the case of a lease, the minimum term must be no less than 12 months.
The cash allowance must not be combined with customer down payment or other dealer provided discounts.

DEALER RESPONSIBILITY:
The $1,000 FCA DrivePlus Mastercard & Jeep Rewards Mastercard Certificate Offer must be retained by the selling dealer in the deal jacket for verification of this program. In the event of a missing certificate, a copy of the TDM inquiry must be retained in the deal jacket. Certificate eligibility dates will vary. Dealer is required to validate the eligible sale is within the eligibility dates printed on the certificate.
Dealers should verify a customer’s TDM eligibility and certificate number by using the Target Direct Mail (TDM) Inquiry Application on DealerCONNECT under the sales tab. Proof of validation must be retained in the deal jacket.
The FCA Incentives Assistance Center (1-800-227-0757) is also available to confirm the customer name appears on the galley list and is eligible. Only a customer whose name appears on the list is eligible to participate.
